We will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of you receiving that item. We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items unless the items you have received are faulty.
You should always ask for proof of postage for any returned item as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. The cheapest postage option will be refunded in the case of a return because of a fault with the item.
